Elevated Gazebo

Building Plans and Materials List are available for the Elevated 12' x 18' Oval Gazebo shown below.  It is shown with optional support structure for a 14' elevation ground to floor.  The gazebo is also depicted with optional solid "shadow box" panels below the railings and optional screen panels (or glass panels) above the railings.  As with all of our Oval Gazebos, this set of Building Plans comes with optional benches, optional double roof and optional cupola.  The gazebo building plans and materials list are $89.95 + $5.00 P&H (hard copies mailed).

It is also shown with a 20' Arched Bridge.  The 20' Arched Bridge Building Plans and Materials List come only in the 20' x 3' size and, if ordered separately, sell for $39.95 + $5.00 P&H.  If both gazebo and bridge plans are ordered, the price is $129.90 + $5.00 P&H. 

Any of the gazebo plans that we offer can be substituted for the Elevated 12' x 18' Oval Gazebo shown below and ordered with or without the 20' Arched Bridge Building Plans and Materials List.  However, be sure to add an additional $10 for the substructure detail drawing that will support the additional height of the gazebo.  For example, if you order the 12' x 18' Oval Gazebo plans (standard, non-elevated version), the cost is $79.95 + shipping.  But if you order the Elevated 12' x 18' Oval Gazebo plans (14' floor to ground maximum), the cost is $89.95 + shipping.  Comprende?
